Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item purchased from Saikyo.Co, please contact our Customer Service team via:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  

Return eligibility:

• Products must be unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging.

• Products must be received within 14 days of lodging your return request.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

• We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

• If the order has been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery or decline collection at the Post Office.

• Refunds will be issued only once returned goods are received unopened and unused.
